Returns and refunds — English
You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Email herminiorivas59@gmail.com with your order number before sending it back.
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping. We will communicate its cost before arranging the return. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the problem. H59 will cover return shipping where applicable and arrange a resolution. Follow the return address and instructions we provide.
We will review the return and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item. Your bank may need additional time to show the refund. This policy does not limit your legal rights.

Devoluciones y reembolsos — Español
Puedes solicitar una devolución por cambio de opinión durante los 14 días naturales posteriores a la entrega. El artículo debe estar sin usar, completo y en su embalaje original. Escríbenos a herminiorivas59@gmail.com con tu número de pedido antes de enviarlo.
En devoluciones por cambio de opinión, el comprador paga el transporte de devolución; te comunicaremos su coste antes de tramitarlo. Los gastos de envío originales, si los hubo, no se reembolsan.
Si recibes un artículo incorrecto, dañado o defectuoso, contacta con nosotros cuanto antes e incluye fotografías del problema. H59 cubrirá el transporte de devolución cuando corresponda y gestionará la solución. Sigue la dirección y las instrucciones de devolución que te proporcionemos.
Revisaremos la devolución y emitiremos el reembolso aprobado al medio de pago original dentro de 5 días hábiles desde que recibamos el artículo. Tu banco puede necesitar tiempo adicional para reflejarlo. Esta política no limita los derechos que te correspondan por ley.
